  1. About the shooting in Red Feather Lakes on July 25, 2012. It was first reported that Mr. Holland was attacked by two individuals. It has now been released that one of the individuals was Stephen Joseph Hiller. Mr. Hiller was on duty at the time as a fishing patrol employee of the Red Feather Lakes Property Owners Association. Mr. Holland was not fishing at the time, nor was he committing any acts of vandalism or burglary. The question which first comes to my mind is why if there were two against one was it necessary for Mr. Hiller to shoot an unarmed citizen? The second question which comes to my mind is why, when the investigation is not finished yet, was Mr. Hiller back on duty as a fishing patrol employee for the Property Owners Association the following day? I believe that this demonstrates extreme indifference on the part of the Property Owners Association for he safety of the general public. Wouldn’t it be more appropriate for Mr. Hiller to be relieved of his job until a full and complete investigation has been conducted by the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office? I believe that when the facts concerning this incident have been revealed all will be shocked at what actually happened on Wednesday July 25, 2012 in Red Feather Lakes Colorado.
