The City of Fort Collins in partnership with the City of Loveland, the Town of Berthoud, Larimer County and the North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization will share the preliminary outcomes of the North Front Range Transit Vision – Regional Transit Integration Study at a series of open houses. The study assesses the practicality of combining regional transit operations in the effort to increase efficiency, customer use, and convenience.
In addition to hearing about the study details and recommendations, each Open House will highlight current transportation and planning projects individual to each community. These events are open to everyone – residents, business owners, stakeholders and other interested parties are encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served.
“These Open Houses offer a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in the City’s upcoming transportation and planning projects to come and see what is in the works, ask questions, and meet the staff involved,” said City of Fort Collins Transit Planner Emma McArdle. “Attending is a great way to explore planned improvements and provide input.”
The Fort Collins open house is Wednesday, May 1 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Old Town Library, 201 Peterson St. in Fort Collins.
