LaunchNo.CO announces its teams for PitchNo.Co during Fort Collins Startup Week

New businesses will compete for a $10,000 grand prize

LaunchNo.CO is a non-profit organization developed to advance and support small business in Northern Colorado. Having begun as a Meetup group, the mission of LaunchNo.CO is to lead new and startup companies to resources, education and assistance in order to help the companies succeed in the early years of development. The chosen teams come from a diverse selection of products and services from transportation, energy, food, outdoor activities, music, apparel and more. The competing teams will pitch to three different panels of experts at a location provided by Spaces, (spacesworks.com), a company providing  office space with a flexible contract.

The competition starts at 11 a.m., February 27 and 10:30 a.m. February 28 at the Spaces location, 242 Linden St. Fort Collins.

The list of competing teams is as follows:

ItyDity  Helps musicians with online song contests. Their system, Song Virtual Reality, assists the artists in crafting their unique sound.

Loop Global – A cargo and freight company desiring to commercialize a transportation system connecting people, parcels and utilities through a single transportation system made of a network of concrete tubes – The Evacuated Tube Transport Technologies (ET3™).

Sandbox Solar – A solar installation company serving residential, commercial and community needs. One of their missions is to create community gardens out of unused and wasted spaces with updated technologies.

everHuman – A company providing technical support to those who need to upgrade their knowledge of digital media.

Big Bear Bat Co. – Crafts handmade, professional quality baseball bats .

Red Mountain Scientific – Artificial Intelligence (AI) specializing in wind energy and telecommunications. They offer cell, radio and broadcast tower inspections utilizing drone technology.

ParkIt – Aids college students and staff with the location of unused parkings spaces and driveways.

Vortic Watch Company – Utilizes traditional and up-to-date technology to create custom watches and restore vintage models.

Selva Honey – Sustainably sourced wild honey from Guatemala.

Fair Fiber – High performance outdoor alpaca wear, sustainably sourced from the Peruvian Andes.

The Articulate – Coworking and studio space to connect the creative community with the professionals.

Willie’s Motorcycle Rescue – A modern facility offering towing, recovery and transport to motorcycle and tricycle enthusiasts.
