Get a FREE Public Skate at EPIC if Team USA wins Gold!

Waddles coaches a speed skater.

By Theresa Rose

On March 2, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Recreation will hold a FREE public skate at Edora Pool and Ice Center (EPIC), if Team USA brings home ten gold medals (at least!).

If Team USA brings home 25 overall medals, EPIC will offer public skate admission at 50% off.

EPIC has two 200′ by 85′ ice rinks so there’s plenty of room for everyone whether it’s hockey, curling or skating. For those who can’t make the March 2 event, there are drop-in Speed Skating, Hockey, Stick & Puck, Power Skating, Fitness Skating and regular public hours.

Go to: fcgov.com/recreation/epic for more information and hours.
