The Colorado Department of Agriculture is expecting a full house at its next workshop entitled Breakfast with the Pros: A Food Business Series. The workshop will be held on Jan. 22 from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Colorado Department of Agriculture, 305 Interlocken Parkway in Broomfield.
This new half day workshop, intended for established businesses, is organized to be quick moving and interactive. The workshop will include topics such as supply chain management, company culture, managing cash flow, critical sales variables and insight on building multiple strong businesses.
Guest speakers include Noel Palmer with Centerplate at the Colorado Convention Center, Spencer Lomax with Snooze an A.M. Eatery, Eric Clayman with Masterpiece Delicatessen and the Denver Bacon Company, Etai Baron with the U Baron Group and many more.
Registration is $30 per person before January 9, 2015, and $40 after the deadline. Registration includes the program, workshop materials and a full catered breakfast. Online pre-registration is required, and processing fees for electronic checks and credit card orders apply. Space is extremely limited and expected to fill fast.
