Rulon F. Stacey, Ph.D., CEO of Poudre Valley Health System and University of Colorado Health, will be the keynote speaker for the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce’s Health Care in Your Future Summit. The event will be held on March 28 beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Embassy Suites, 4705 Clydesdale Parkway, in Loveland.
The summit will provide members of the business community with the opportunity to discuss developments in health care, the outlook for the health-care industry in Northern Colorado and actions that could strengthen the health-care sector.
University of Colorado Health is the partnership formed last year between Fort Collins-based PVHS and the University of Colorado Hospital, the teaching arm of the University of Colorado School of Medicine located on the Anschutz Campus in Aurora. UCH is currently negotiating a lease contract with Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs in addition to running hospitals and other medical facilities along the Front Range.
Individual ticket prices for the health-care summit are $35 per person for Fort Collins chamber members and $40 for non-members; a table of 10 is $300. Registration is available online or by calling the chamber at 970-482-3746.
