Cache La Poudre Middle School has recently been authorized as an International Baccalaureate World School. IB World Schools focus on international‐mindedness and include a rigorous, comprehensive curriculum encouraging student curiosity and inquiry.
The middle school recently achieved the new status following rigorous work. Typically it takes a school two or more years to go through the intense authorization process set by the IB organization.
“At CLPMS we believe in providing our students with a rigorous and holistic education. As an IB World School, our students and staff are a part of a global community,” said Alicia Bono, CLPMS principal.
“Our staff is dedicated to engaging students through inquiry and ensuring our students learn the skills to lead as citizens in their local and global communities.”
Other PSD IB World Schools include Bennett, Cache La Poudre, Dunn, McGraw and Riffenburgh
Elementary Schools; Lesher and Lincoln Middle Schools; and Poudre High School.
