Christmas is the season of giving and the Fort Collins Rescue Mission is working hard to give back and to make a difference in the lives of many. The Rescue Mission is a safe haven for individuals and families struggling to make ends meet; they offer food and shelter with 75 beds, hot meals, and showers. The Mission also offers a variety of services and programs that help give individuals the support and training they need to find jobs and housing, learn critical life skills, as well as providing a protected environment for forming safe and healthy relationships and communities. Help make a difference in your community by donating time or food this holiday season. Daily volunteers are needed for breakfast and dinner, and for the Christmas Banquet and Christmas Eve Breakfast that will be held December 22 and 24, respectivly. For more info, or to donate please visit: fortcollinsrescuemission.org. To volunteer email [email protected] or call 970.224.4302.
