The town’s Planning Commission will meet Monday, Sept. 15 starting at 7 p.m. at the Leeper Center to make recommendations for a Public Site Plan submitted to Larimer County by Parker Construction.
The company has been adding outbuildings and mobile homes for the last several months to a 160-acre property west of town at 7805 N. CR 9. The Larimer County Community Development Division has asked the Town of Wellington to respond to Parker’s request to approve the five added (moved) accessory buildings and two mobile homes. Most of the structures have been moved to the property over the last six months, and have been labeled an eyesore by several Wellington business owners.
Larimer County asked the town of Wellington to respond with comment before Sept. 25. The Planning Commission’s results will be forward for town board’s review at their Sept. 23 meeting.
