Larimer County will close the Pingree Park Road (County Road 63E) bridge over the Cache la Poudre River to vehicles wider than six feet on April 15 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for rehabilitation work on the bridge deck. This bridge is located just south of State Highway 14 in Poudre Canyon, approximately 26 miles west of State Highway 287.
Work on this project will include repair of the bridge deck concrete and application of an epoxy aggregate overlay to protect the surface. A previously announced detour route over Stove Prairie Road and Buckhorn Road will not be available due to the condition of the road. Vehicles wider than 6 feet will have access through the work zone from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through the work zone.
