Old Town Media Purchases Top Floor of Old Town Building, Transitions Brand to OTM
FORT COLLINS CO – (February 20, 2018) – Full-service marketing agency, Old Town Media, Inc. (OTM), recently moved to 400 Remington St., Unit A, in Old Town, Fort Collins. Leaving behind an office at Front Range Village, OTM’s new location is double the size, allowing for more growth while better aligning with the company’s culture, not to mention the company’s name.
“We definitely acknowledged the irony of having the name Old Town Media while operating out of an office at Front Range Village,” said Vallene Kailburn, Art Director and OTM Co-Founder. “Purchasing commercial property was a big step for us and we’re happy to have found our forever home right in the heart of a community that has been so instrumental to our growth.”
Celebrating its eleventh year in business, OTM has grown from a five-person website development agency to a full-service marketing agency providing marketing services to more than 250 clients annually. Demonstrating an average annual growth of 35% since 2015, OTM attributes its success to a strong team, strong relationships and a strong commitment to philanthropy.
OTM purchased the entire top floor of the building at 400 Remington St., consisting of two suites totaling 4,300-square-feet; Jake Hallauer of Chrisland Real Estate Companies represented OTM in the transaction. OTM will operate out of Suite A while Robert Peccia & Associates, a full-service civil engineering firm, will continue to operate out of Suite B.
“This is a huge step for Old Town Media,” said Miles Kailburn, Director of Technology and OTM Co-Founder. “After looking for the perfect building for more than 16 months, we’re finally home.”
Along with a new location, Old Town Media has also launched a new brand and will begin to go by the acronym OTM.
