The local breweries are hoppin’ – just in time for Colorado Beer Week, April 8-16. The Fort Collins Brewery recently re-released “Maibock” – a smooth, toffee-infused bock beer that finishes with a gentle, warming sweetness. On April 15, the brewery is also releasing a brand new creation, “The Incredible Hop,” an Imperial India Red Ale. Master Brewer Doug Smith describes the new brew as “driven by rich Munich malts, complimented with smooth crystal malts and topped off with spicy hops.” Odell Brewing Company will also be launching a brand new Double Pilsner on April 8.
