Fort Collins Craft Beer Cellar is opening this month at 122 S. Mason Street. Owners Chris Lazzery and Justin Wright would like for everyone to know that CBC “is not just another liquor store. We want people to come in and be our best friend, ask us questions, and we’ll provide education about history, flavors, and food pairings.” Amazing beer and hospitality are on tap at CBC where all employees are required to be Cicerone Certified Beer Servers. Displayed at the front of the store are the local breweries, followed by the rest of Colorado, the Midwest and East Coast, international brews, and some ciders, meads and wines. Bombers, 6-packs, 4-packs, and even kegs will be available thanks to the enormous basement, along with plenty of swag like glassware, books, t-shirts and hoodies. Beer tastings on Fridays and Saturdays will feature four one-ounce pours varied by brewery, style, or other characteristics. Beer is for sharing!
