Dec. 7, Eighth Annual Boy Scout Troop 87 Christmas Tree sale, 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m., LaPorte Presbyterian Church, 3824 W. County Road 54G, LaPorte. Bake sale, hot cider, craft show. Proceeds support the troop.

Dec. 7, Wellington Christmas Parade, 5 p.m. Fire Department chili supper to follow. Santa Claus will be grand marshal for the parade. Dress warmly.
