Larimer County Rodeo Queen's clinic is June 18

Rodeo girls, get ready for a wild ride! 2014 Larimer County Fair & Rodeo Queen, Danielle Mayer, will be hosting the 2014 Rodeo Queens Clinic Wednesday, June 18 at The Ranch in Loveland. The event is free and open to girls of all ages, and starts at 4:30 p.m.

Girls will learn what it takes to become a rodeo queen from professionals in the rodeo world. Danielle will have much to share with the girls about all the hard work and dedication it took her to become this year’s Rodeo Queen.

Horsemanship will start at 4:30 p.m. in the Round – up Arena with a warm up at 4pm. Following horsemanship will be a talk led by Mayer in the McKee 4-H building that addresses personality, knowledge, appearance and speech.

Mayer will be leading the clinic, but girls will also have the chance to gain additional advice and expertise from Mira Conway, the 2014 Larimer County Fair and Rodeo Lady in waiting.

This is a great chance for girls to gain the knowledge and experience it takes to be the 2016 Larimer County Fair & Rodeo Queen.

All interested girls should RSVP to Mary at 970-619-4009 by Friday, June 13.
