The Mishawaka Amphitheatre on Colorado Highway 14 in Poudre Canyon survived the the High Park fire and presented its first concerts the weekend of July 13. A dollar from each ticket sold to Friday’s Keller Williams concert was donated to support local firefighters and relief efforts.
The concert schedule continues with a show Wednesday, July 18, featuring Josh Ritter and Anais Mitchell. This weekend, Great American Taxi with White Water Ramble and The Patti Fiasco take the stage Friday night, while Saturday will feature Dead Floyd plays ‘Animals’, plus Mama Lenny & The Remedy and Lindsey O’Brien Band.
Jammin’ Up The Poudre, the all-local band fest that was scheduled for June 9 – the day the High Park Fire started – will take place on Friday, Aug. 17. Tickets for June 9 will be honored, and new tickets will go on sale shortly.
Keb’ Mo’ Solo, a show postponed due to the Hewlett fire in May, has been rescheduled to Friday, Aug. 31.
Friday, Sept. 7, the Mish will host Grateful Fest, a High Park fire survival celebration to provide funding for the Poudre Canyon Fire District. Details to come next week.
