Dust off your thinking cap and join the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery at the 7th Annual Brainiac Bowl, on Oct. 8 at the Embassy Suites Loveland, for a one-of-a-kind trivia contest that covers science, local history and much more.
Trivia-loving locals are invited to join in the fun and enter their own teams for the chance to win the coveted Glowing Brain Trophy and the title of Brainiac Bowl Champions.
Don’t forget to show your team spirit and creativity with your costumes. One of the more lively events of the evening is the team costume contest. Past team costumes have included Einsteins, the noble gasses, and survivors of the Titanic. We’ve even had Hannibal Lector show up – wheeled in on a dolly and wearing a straight jacket.
In addition to the trivia and costume contests, there are also fun prize packages, a hilarious game of Heads or Tails and a home-style buffet.
Registration for individuals is $75 per person and includes dinner and libations, an opportunity to meet Channel 7’s Mike Nelson, and a place at the Brainiac Bowl trivia extravaganza! For more information about the Brainiac Bowl or to register, call Annette Pontillo, Development Director, at 970-416-2726. All proceeds benefit the new Fort Collins Museum of Discovery.
