NoCo is home to breweries galore, and local beer is definitely not something hard to come by. Yet a local distillery has not been in the patchwork of the Front Range, until now. Feisty Spirits is active in the distilling and is in the process of opening up their tasting room. They aim to fill the gap for whiskey and other distilled spirits to Fort Collins. Located at 1708 E. Lincoln Ave, the company is “focused on producing the highest quality spirits using natural and organic ingredients.” The distillery is five years in the making, and through founder David’s family legacy of distilling, a public distillery is finally ready to come through the woodwork to Northern Colorado culture. Feisty Spirits has many products to offer, including Feisty Spirits Single Barrel Whiskeys which are available as bourbon, rye whiskey, and oat-rye whiskey.
