As every Fort Collins local knows, the Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant is the place to go for a quality Mexican food meal and one of the eatery’s signature “Limit 3” margaritas (trust us, three of those babies is more than enough to get the night started right). In response to customer requests, the restaurant will now be open one hour later – until midnight – every Friday and Saturday night starting on April 29. Congratulations, party people: You have one more hour to enjoy the Rio’s energetic atmosphere until you hit the limit every Friday and Saturday. Drink up!
