Glacier View Fire Department, assisted by Wellington Fire, responded to a fire at a single family home at 13220 CR 74E (Red Feather Lakes Road) in Livermore at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 6. The house was a total loss.

Chief Greg Niswender commended the “valiant efforts” of volunteer firefighters who worked in the sub-zero temperatures for several hours to ensure the fire was extinguished and that all other structures on the property were saved.
