On April 24, Larimer County Commissioner Lew Gaiter III’s public meeting at the Forks will feature Suzanne Bassinger, county recovery manager, who will talk about where the county’s High Park Fire efforts are right now.
Bassinger will touch on topics such as preparing for potential flooding, personal tax implications, planting spring seedlings, county building permit data, new construction in the fire area, community groups available as well as volunteers opportunities and more.
The Forks, Food ‘n’ Fuel is located on the northwest corner of the Highway 287 and CR 74E (Red Feather Lakes Road). Foods items will be available for purchase.
Gaiter’s meetings at The Forks take place at 6 p.m. every other month on the fourth Wednesday.
