Representatives Joann Ginal and Randy Fischer and Sen. John Kefalas will host an April 26 community issue forum covering health issues related to oil & gas development along the Front Range. Audience members will be encouraged to participate in an interactive and instant polling exercise using electronic keypads during the forum.
Guests include Matt Lepore, director of the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission, Pam Milmoe of the Boulder County Public Health Department, Stephanie Malin of the Colorado State University Department of Sociology, Virgilio Licona, vice president of medical services at Salud Family Health Centers and Martin Carcasson, a meeting facilitator from the Colorado State University Center for Public Deliberation.
The meeting takes place Saturday, April 26 from 10:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Old Town Library, 201 Peterson St. in Fort Collins. The event is free, nonpartisan and open to the public.
