Myrna Rodenberger, Larimer County Treasurer, urges all taxpayers who have not paid their property taxes to do so as soon as possible. The last day to pay to avoid tax lien sale is Tuesday, Nov. 13 by 4:30 p.m. This will prevent the taxpayer from paying additional delinquent interest and fees associated with the annual tax lien sale. Property owners can still pay their property taxes after Nov. 13, but redemption will be required at that time.
The Larimer County Annual Tax Lien Sale will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15 at The Ranch, Thomas M. McKee Building, in Loveland. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. and the sale will begin at 8:30 a.m. A tax lien will be offered on any property with a tax balance not paid by Nov. 13.
At this time, there are 1,192 real property and 74 mobile home delinquent accounts in Larimer County.
