The Legacy Land Trust will hold a Legacy Night celebration on May 11 to commemorate 20 years of conservation work in Northern Colorado. This celebration will take place at the Lincoln Center at 6:30 p.m.
Guest speaker is Wade Davis, a National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence, is known for his remarkable field work where he shared homes, rituals and meals with people and indigenous communities across the globe. He has also published over 200 scientific and popular articles ranging from Haitian vodoun to the global biodiversity crisis.
Tickets for the event are $75. Attendees will enjoy a catered dinner by Food for Thought Catering and awards for donations to land conservation efforts.
