SAFEbuilt adds planning services

SAFEbuilt, which provides building inspection services for the town of Wellington, announced Sept. 30 that planning is now part of their community development service offering in the Rocky Mountain region.

In 2013, SAFEbuilt acquired LSL Planning, a well-known Michigan-based planning and zoning firm. The move transformed SAFEbuilt from a building department services-focused company to a company offering a full breadth of community development solutions.

With the addition of the new Rocky Mountain region planner, TJ Dlubac, AICP, the company looks forward to providing comprehensive planning, zoning and form-based codes and ongoing planning & zoning services to communities of all shapes and sizes. Dlubac brings over nine years of planning experience to the region’s operations. His experience with governments in Colorado and Wyoming covering land use and zoning policy has afforded him a clear understanding of the web of impacts policy decisions have on communities.

Since 1992, SAFEbuilt has had a great reputation in Colorado for providing building department and building inspection services and community improvement services, such as code enforcement.
