CSU’s goes ‘There and Back Again’ with Patricia Gray’s stage adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit. Bring the whole family on a mystical adventure to Middle Earth where you will join in as a motley band of thirteen dwarves, a mysterious wizard, and one reluctant hobbit slays goblins in the Misty Mountains, ventures through the dark forests of Mirkwood, and sits atop of giant treasure with Smaug the dragon. Guest directed by award-winning playwright Rob Lauer, along with a cast of 26 members, The Hobbit will run nightly at 7:30 at the University Theatre on 1400 Remington Street in Fort Collins on April 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, May 1, 2, and 3 with 2:00pm matinees running April 25, 26, May 2, 3.
