Start your lazy Sunday off right with some yoga and beer? That’s right Fort Collins, beer and yoga. Each Sunday starting this April, Fort Collins Brewery will host Brewery Yoga from 10am to 11am. This is one of the most Fort Collins-esque events to ever take place besides Tour De Fat. Whenever there is beer and the great outdoors involved, Fort Collins residents can’t sign up quick enough. Exercise and beer go perfectly together in our community. Classes are $15 for an hour of yoga and a beer. Proceeds from the brewery yoga go to benefit the FoCo Café, the donation based restaurant in old town. Classes cap at 20 people, so reserve your spot fast to unwind at Fort Collins Brewery. Mats are not provided so bring your own mat and enjoy an hour of power yoga and reward yourself on your hard work with one of Fort Collins Brewery’s wonderful beers after you finish your Sunday morning yoga.
