The 23rd Annual Colorado Brewers’ Festival is here just in time to beat the heat with tasty brews! With more than 60 beers and two stages of live music including performances from Fierce Bad Rabbit and 12 Cents for Marvin, this event demonstrates how spoiled we are as beer consumers.
According to their Facebook page the event is supposed to generate more than 5,000 people sipping on Colorado brewers’ finest products.
The Downtown Business Association is sponsoring Choice City Butcher & Deli with a VIP package available for the biggest beer nerds. An hour early entry, brewers dinner and the 3rd Annual Coinsurers Tasting where breweries will be bringing top quality batches for VIPs to sample, sounds like a beer geeks dream. Another perk is an introduction to new breweries like Black Bottle Brewery and Hoppy Dog to discuss why they’ve chosen to put their roots in a place that already produces more than 70% of Colorado’s beer.
The Downtown Business Association has been around since 1968 and has maintained its initial goal of supporting downtown business in Fort Collins. According to the DBA’s website, the downtown events it sponsors attract a quarter of a million people per year who spend time in Fort Collins, equalling about 2.5 million dollars spent downtown.
Celebrate this great community by attending this spectacular Northern Colorado event on June 23th and 24th. Submerge yourself in Colorado beer culture and enjoy amazing breweries, talented musicians and delicious cuisine.
