Spring Kite Farm in Fort Collins will host their first farm dinner on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 5pm. The farm will partner with Jax Restaurant, New Belgium Brewery, Odell Brewing, and Equinox Brewery. Fortified Collaborations, a community-centered event planning company, will design and coordinate the evening that features a four-course gourmet meal and live music by Halden Wofford and Friends. Jax Executive Chef Kevin Grossi has a seasonal menu planned and local artwork for sale will be showcased in a metal sculpture beer garden. Spring Kite Farm is located at 2917 S. Taft Hill Rd. and is operated by Michael Baute and Meghan Williams. This is a 21+ event with a shuttle service available from Odell for the evening.
