The City of Fort Collins’ Engineering Department and its contractor Zak Dirt Inc. will be reducing northbound travel to one lane on College Avenue at Conifer Street from April 29 through May 20. The lane closure will allow crews to install storm sewer pipes, relocate traffic signals and re-install the roadway pavement in the east side northbound lane. Southbound College Avenue will remain as one southbound lane.
