Annual event brings families, music, food, and resources to downtown Sterling in celebration of recovery
Sterling, CO – Advocates for Recovery Colorado will host the Fourth Annual Sterling Rally for Recovery on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the Logan County Courthouse, 315 Main Street. The event celebrates empowerment in recovery, builds connections, and works to reduce the stigma surrounding substance use and mental health.
The Rally will unite individuals, families, and allies from across Northern Colorado and the Eastern Plains to honor recovery and connect the community with vital resources. The event is designed as a day of hope, education, and celebration, showcasing the strength of those living in recovery and the importance of community support.
Attendees can look forward to entertainment for all ages, including bounce houses, a dunk tank, games, and live performances from local musicians and bands. Free local beef burgers will be served, and a resource fair will feature representatives from organizations across the region offering information and assistance for individuals and families impacted by addiction or mental health challenges.
Advocates for Recovery Colorado, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting recovery statewide, encourages all community members to join in the day’s activities. “Through collaboration and commitment, we can build a stronger, more compassionate community that embraces recovery,” organizers said in a statement.
