Larimer County Commissioner Lew Gaiter III’s regular monthly meeting for Red Feather Lakes area residents, scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 11, has been moved to Glacier View Meadows at 1415 Green Mountain Drive. Gaiter’s special guest will be Colorado Congressman Cory Gardner.
This meeting usually takes place in Red Feather Lakes at the Library but was moved to a more central location for August.
My son is enrolled in the Larimer Community College. He enrolled for 12 credits over the summer. I payed his tuition on Auguest 7, 2011. He added a class on August 29, 2011 and on August 31, 2011 they dropped all his classes because he hadn’t payed for the additional class. Nowhere on the “add class” page did it say that this new class had to be paid within 24 hours.
How come computers have made jobs so hard when they are suppose to make our lives better? There’s something wrong when a person at the school says the computer did this and I have no control over what the computer does. No wonder schools are short on buddgets they give the kids the boot who have already paid. Please see what we can do to change this policy. I would have paid this additional money if I had been billed or notified.
