Thank you for such a nice write-up on Prof. Steve Lamoreux. Sorry to learn of Steve’s departure.
He was all that you say, a kind and generous man filled with God’s love. “Help everyone you can in life,” he would say.
I first met Steve on a drive through Colorado and Fort Collins visiting CSU for the first time in the early 1980s. A professor of photography like Steve, it was natural for me to visit the journalism department. After the tour, Steve asked if I had a place to stay for the night as his house was open. This was one of my most enjoyable memories of Western road trips because of Steve who was also a good cook. It was an honor to know him.
