Summer is here, bringing with it the return of Fort Collins’ farmers’ markets. These markets offer an ever-changing variety of specialty fruits and vegetables throughout the summer and early fall months. Numerous vendors will be selling and giving out samples of foods ranging from tomatoes and peppers to pasta and meats. Many vendors sell homemade bread, pasta, and fresh grown spices.
