Update:
Troy Buyse plans on reopening the Potbelly, although an opening date is not firm.
Troy tended bar at the Potbelly several years and previously operated the Red Feather Lakes Cafe with partner Clint Ouellette.
Snacks and sandwiches will be available in the bar until the restaurant portion is opened.

This is great news! I’m very pleased to hear the restaurant will reopen.
We love to take drives to Red Feather, however with no restaurant we were not willing to come up anymore, that was part of the fun having lunch or dinner in the country.
We are supporters of Red Feather lakes area, we know what a huge part of Fort Collins Red Feather is!
