Prescription Drug Take Back Day in Wellington on Sept. 27

Here’s an opportunity to dispose of unused and out-of-date prescription and over-the-counter drugs. On September 27, National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, bring your unwanted drugs to Bella’s Market in Wellington between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The event is sponsored by the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office and Wellington Fire Department and Good Day Pharmacy will assist with the program. Please note that needles and sharps, mercury (thermometers), oxygen containers, chemotherapy/radioactive substances, pressurized canisters and illicit drugs will not be accepted.
