Wellington Boys and Girls Club at 3815 W. Harrison Ave. will launch its summer program on June 2 for youth ages 6 through 18.
The Boys and Girls Club aims for academic success, good character and citizenship, healthy lifestyles, and the arts. The program runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The program includes Kids Cafe, where club members can receive a free lunch at noon and a snack around 3 p.m. This if being offered in collaboration with the Food Bank for Larimer County.

Weekly youth leadership groups, along with opportunities to participate in sports, learn Spanish, cooking lessons and exposure to the dangers of substance abuse are all part of the summer activities.
Participants will also become involved in performing arts, visual arts and S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) through the program.
