Logan and Kason Wolfe of Wellington and Jordan Pollema of Loveland captured the reserve world championship title in team penning at the 2012 Built Ford Tough American Quarter Horse Youth Association World Championship Show in Oklahoma City on Aug. 11.

Logan Wolfe competed on Mucho Mouth, a 7-year-old sorrel gelding, while Kason Wolfe was aboard Areywego, a 6-year-old bay gelding. Thirty-eight teams competed in team penning, with the championship going to an all-female team with members from Oklahoma and Texas.
The Wolfe brothers also took reserve champion honors in the ranch sorting competition, with Logan on the bay mare Light N Liz and Kason riding bay gelding Sumers Choice. Kason Wolfe was the Intermediate second-place winner in the class. Thirty teams qualified in ranch sorting, and the championship was captured by a team of two women from Texas and Mississippi.
