The Larimer County Extension Office will be conducting a salsa canning workshop on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 6—8:30 p.m. at the Extension Office, 1525 Blue Spruce Drive in Fort Collins.
Salsa is one of the most popular condiments in America! Learn how to prepare and water bath can salsa using a recipe that has been tested and is safe for home canning.
Register online at www.larimer.org/ext or at the Larimer County Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings at the Larimer County Courthouse Building from 8 am until 12 noon. Fee is $30.
