Wellington Fire Protection District is hosting a Fire Prevention Open House on Saturday, Oct. 11 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at their headquarters at 8130 3rd Street in Wellington.
Learn about preventing fires, take a try at the fire fighter relay race, navigate the smoke trailer and check out the fire trucks and ambulance.
Hamburgers and hot dogs will be served from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
