Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic to host Cat Caravan Adoption Fair

Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic is holding its Cat Caravan Adoption Fair from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Dec. 21 in the classroom at The Farm at Lee Martinez Park, featuring its “Adopt ’Til You Drop” cat adoption special.

Many families consider bringing home a new pet around the holidays, so Fort Collins Cat Rescue is teaming up with Best Friends Animal Society to encourage those families to adopt with special discounts all season long. Adult cats age 6 months and older are only $12 to adopt all month, and beginning Dec. 13 the rescue will celebrate the “12 Strays of Christmas,” featuring a different adoptable kitty each day.

The Cat Caravan event on Dec. 21 will showcase numerous kittens and cats, many of which have been living in foster homes. Foster volunteers on site can share with potential adopters information about the cats’ personalities and habits in a home environment. The adoption fee for kittens at the one-day event will be discounted 10 percent to only $90.

All cats and kittens available for adoption have already been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and received appropriate testing. All adopters are required to fill out an adoption questionnaire before adopting.

To “Adopt ’Til You Drop” this season, visit Fort Collins Cat Rescue & Spay/Neuter Clinic’s Loveland or Fort Collins locations, or come to The Farm at Lee Martinez Park, 600 N. Sherwood St. in Fort Collins on Dec. 21.
