RARE ITALIAN

Rare Italian restaurant is open for business in the old
Ingredient spot on Mountain and College.
Renovated into a classy, open space, Rare provides a
unique experience where people are the secret
ingredient, and guests are treated like family. Why
Rare? The name holds a double meaning for the dryaged
steak and other divine meats served mostly
rare, and the fact that they don’t serve your everyday
American/Italian fare, but traditional Northern Italian
cuisine consisting of hand made pasta, beef stock,
and the idea of La Cucina Povera, or Kitchen of the
Poor, where less is more and only the finest
ingredients make the cut. Rare is open seven days a
week, and even features a Late Night menu
Thursday-Saturday from 10pm-12am with cheese
& meats, pizzas and antipasto. With wood-grilled
meats on-site, pasta, risotto, sides and desserts for
the table, meals start at $20 and go up to around
$45/guest, so you can create any experience you
want! rareitalian.com.
