THC is a new MC in Fort Collins. His EP The Hotboxed EP was released in November of 2014. He blends rap,
reggae and rock into this EP. The sound of this album is more on the rap side rather than reggae. By the name of
this MC you can get the gist of what many of these songs will mention. Classic weed-rap is what comes to mind
when putting this album into a category. THC blends rap with reggae in a new way by making it seem like a DJ
set, blending them together with various transitions and hype sounds. The stand out song on this EP is “Do The
Right Thing.” This song is the closest to classic reggae on the EP. It starts with classic reggae beats and hooks
you in the end.
