The Lodge Sasquatch Kitchen at 151 N. College Avenue held a grand opening celebration in June, with a portion of the sales from the grand opening event donated locally to Fort Collins-based Healing Warriors Program. The charity provides clinic sessions in the Northern Colorado community to service members who are dealing with pain and symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The Lodge is inspired by Chef Aaron, who handcrafted the menu himself, featuring classic comfort foods reminiscent of hunting, fishing and ski lodges. The Lodge also serves up exceptional cocktails and a selection of draft beers to complement the menu. Open daily from 3pm to 1am, The Lodge features a rustic atmosphere and comfort-inspired food with two full bars and a rotating local beer selection.
