Local authors whose books are sold at Jax will be signing their books on Saturday, Nov. 12, at the third annual Local Author Day.
This year the event will be held at three Jax stores, with staggered times to allow attendance at all three store locations and visit with the variety of authors:
Jax Ranch & Home at 1200 N Hwy 287 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Jax Outdoor Gear at 1000 N College – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Jax Outdoor Gear/Ranch & Home at 950 E Eisenhower, Loveland – 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Poudre River Library will receive 10 percent of book sales in Fort Collins and the Loveland Library will receive 10 percent of Loveland book sales. Purchase a signed book for yourself or Christmas giving and help your local library. Free gift wrap for books will be available.
Book topics for adults and children include adventure, climbing, fishing, hiking, hunting, field guides, cooking, cowboys and western living, gardening, sustainable living and survival.
