To celebrate America Recycles Day, Fort Collins and Northern Colorado residents have the opportunity to help families in need by recycling old electronics at a community electronics recycling event Saturday, Nov. 19, 9 a.m. to noon.
The event takes place at the Dream Theater Colorado-parking lot, 5100 S. College Ave. in Fort Collins. Recyclers should enter Dream Theater Colorado’s south entrance via Fossil Creek Parkway.
Although there is a limit of one television and one computer monitor per car, residents are encouraged to bring in all their other acceptable consumer electronics for recycling.
A suggested minimum $10 donation (or more) is requested per vehicle. All donations collected at the event will benefit the Food Bank for Larimer County.
