Reminder to pay property taxes to avoid tax lien sale

Larimer County Treasurer Irene Josey reminds taxpayers who have not paid their property taxes to do so before 4:30 p.m. on November 10. November 10 is the last day to pay to avoid the annual Tax Lien Sale which is scheduled for November 13.

Avoiding the Tax Lien Sale will prevent the taxpayer from paying additional delinquent interest and fees associated with the sale. County offices will be closed on November 11 for Veteran’s Day.
