Almost all power restored to PVREA customers

Poudre Valley REA crews worked through the night Thursday to restore power to the co-op’s grid. As of 7 a.m. Friday approximately 750 homes remained without electricity, 700 of them near Lyons in Boulder County. The other 50 are scattered single outages throughout the 2,000-square-mile service territory.

PVREA members should call the Emergency Outage Phone Number at 866-260-4024 to report problems or outages.
If there is injury, sparking or fire related to a downed power line, call 911 first.

As of 5:30 a.m. Friday, Xcel Energy reported that just over 2,000 customers in the Fort Collins area remained without power as the result of the snowstorm that started Tuesday afternoon.
