If you hire someone to provide care while you are at work, call your mom weekly to see if she’s OK, help a parent with finances, or have a loved one living with a chronic illness, this class is for you.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is offered in three separate sessions in different locations to fit your schedule.
• Wednesdays, Sept. 19-Oct. 24, 1-3:30 p.m., First Presbyterian Church, 531 S. College Ave., Fort Collins. Call 970-482-6107 to register.

Participants will learn how to reduce tress, better communicate feelings, balance life, deal with difficult emotions and locate helpful resources.
