Come visit Northern Colorado’s first certified organic distillery, Old Town Distilling Co. Located at 253 Linden St. in Old Town Distilling Co. is a barrelhouse and tasting room owned by Jeremy Kempter, which offers a medley of organic spirits, specialty drinks and snacks. The barrel room is designed for patrons to come in, taste the product, make cocktails and purchase bottles for home consumption. There are three daily menus from which to order: A spirits tasting menu, a revolving cocktail menu and a happy hour menu. Happy hour runs from 4 – 6pm daily and offers eight $5 cocktails, which include drinks like the Perfect Martini and Tequila Sunrise. They also offer a variety of mouth-watering snacks like the Tuna Filet Mignon along with a variety of flatbreads and salads. Some beverages offered on tap are, Jun Tea considered the champagne of kombucha and their housemade tonic water. Organic sprits are hangover free!
